I have had a hectic couple of weeks but hope to get back crafting soon. My cafe is getting busier everyday and my daughter has just celebrated her 18th birthday so had a party to organise too. Have just had a few minutes to look through a couple of blogs and am very impressed!!

Well at last I have found the time to post a pic of my card for the funky fairies challenge.

I don't have alot of great crafting materials so my card is made entirly of free downloads from their site. I'm pretty happy with it and added a few peel offs at the top to give to my daughter on her first day in her new job. How exciting my first challenge. Fingers crossed xx

First blog!!!

Hi there, My name is Wendy and I am in awe of all the craft blogs I have found today. So with just a few hours before bedtime I thought I would quickly try to join you all with my own blog.

I run my own business "Wendy's cafe and sandwich bar" in the village of Yatton. So don't at the moment get much time off (in fact today is my first proper day off in 7 months!!!) Although saying that I do try to fit in as much time as I can crafting. We have a little card class running at my cafe on tues afternoons that my mum and myself get to make some cards. Without that i really wouldn't get much crafting done.
